Help Give Students HOPE

Our volunteers are the heart of HOPE Tutoring.
They not only provide academic mentorship; they help to connect students and parents to our community.

We will tell you they positively impact the lives of the students they tutor.
They will tell you the students have a positive impact on them.

Basic Information :
  • At HOPE Tutoring our academic mentoring takes on many forms, from reading to 2nd graders to coaching 8th graders on advanced mathematics 
  • There is an abundance of academic mentoring opportunities

  • For the 2024-25 school year, our program includes in-school academic mentoring as well as in-person and virtual after-school options

Requirements for Tutors :
  • All volunteers must be at least 16 years old and complete a background check
  • We ask all volunteers to commit to at least one hour per week for the entire semester 
  • Volunteers must complete training and orientation
  • Begin the sign-up process by submitting the volunteer interest form 
  • Volunteer launch sessions will be held on Zoom in the coming weeks. Times will be announced.
